Short Desciption:
CONTROL THEORY The better a process’ behavior and inputs are understood and measured, the more its results can be controlled. However, a process’ performance can be improved even if its behavior is only approximately known (i.e., a mathematical model of it has been created). Process models typically are used to develop a PCS, and the task of deter-mining which model and parameters to use is called process identification.
